One month since surgery. Should I be well!?

Or at least feeling better? I had a TVT, a TVH and posterior repairs done. Today marks exactly one month since surgery and I am still not feeling well. I am still hurting, extremely tired, cant sleep and just generally not feeling good. Is this normal?

It generally takes 6 to 8 months to recover, but since you had extra work done perhaps a bit longer? Do you have meds to reduce pain and swelling? There were days I needed my Ibuprofen 600 even until week 6. Here is wishing you a gentle recovery! Hugs!

I think you should feel better than your first couple of weeks post op, but you do have a fair way to go to be fully recovered.

I felt better at three months but had been told recovery can take a year!!!

Oh wow! I had no idea recovery could take that long! I do feel better than the first week, but no a whole lot. If I could sleep I may feel some better, I am up half the night. I think I am going to ask my Dr. What may help with that. Any suggestions?
