bleeding 4 wks post op with pain

Hi everyone I'm not good at this but hoping some of you ladies who are further along came help.
I had a tah on 7/29 I kept right ovary had some minor spotting only when I would wipe around a week or two after surgery. Today I'm having pain on my right lower side and when I went to the restroom a few minutes ago there was blood on my panties not massive amounts but enough to make me really worry. If anyone has experienced this or know anything about it please let me know. Thank you.

I had some bleeding like that at about 4 weeks and then about 5 weeks as well. They were on days that I'd overdone by walking too much. I also understand that when internal stitches dissolve you may spot. At my 5 week check up I'd mentioned the spotting to the DR and he was not concerned by it. If you are really worried or if it is a lot of blood you may just want to check in with the DR to give you peace of mind. There are a lot of postings on this site about this topic and I will admit it's what sent me here looking for answers as well.

I decided to call my doc he wants to see me in the morning I'm not sure if its because of the bleeding or the pain. Thank you so much for replying.

I think it's to his credit he wants to see you. I'm sure all is fine but now you can have the doctor confirm it and rest your mind. Have a good night's sleep and good luck tomorrow.
