Random bouts of exhaustion 10 weeks post hysterectomy

i am now 10 weeks post total hysterectomy op. Have random bouts of total exhaustion. Does anyone else experience this?

I'm at 13 weeks and I still have days that I'm exhausted. Started back to the gym to build up some endurance and that 1st week was rough. I was out of shape before the surgery so I'm taking it as slow as I cam but I hope the excercise will help. Just listen to your body and rest.

Yes, I did, it takes time to rebuild strength. Was the hardest surgical recovery Ive ever had. I went in for a ck at 5 months and was just then getting energy back. I did feel each day got better. So thinki of it as a hill your climbing, youll get there one step at a time and if needed, call Dr and go in for a visit to make sure nothing else is up. I thought the 6 wk thing was total bunk !!! Im 8 mo now and doing well, but still not totally back to myself. I just take a break and lay down when tired. And learned to check emails laying down, make calls and return texts. Rest when you can and dont over commit to stuff. I have stayed home after my hyst more than ever before, but work from home, so it works. I learned to let alot of stuff go and simplify alot. Had to or I 'd get frustrated :/ Hang in there
