I slept ALL night!!! woohooo!!

After 3 wks of battling insomnia and RLS, I finally got a full nights sleep! Yesterday, at my 4 wk post op visit, I mentioned my sleeping problems and got a script for Requip. I went to bed at 11 last night, and didnt get up til 6 this morning! After I got my boys off to school, I took a 2 hr nap!! I was a little sore this morning from actually laying down for that long, but it was worth it! My mood has been much better today. I am returning to work p/t on Monday, so I am so glad I can sleep again!!

Catrina...I couldn't sleep at all until I got my stables out....just couldn't get comfy. The only suggestion I have, just try to make yourself as comfortable as possible. I have no words of wisdom for you...the only thing I can say....It does get better. Good luck to you!!! HUGS

Isn't it amazing what a good nights sleep can do for you. I hope this is your new pattern!

Good luck at work. Be kind to yourself and take it slow.
