Still bleeding daily after hysterectomy 16 months ago

I had a supracervical, sacrocoxoplexy Robotic assisted hysterectomy April of 2013. I have had (less than a period but a little more than spotting) bleeding everyday since. I have seen 4 Doctors and had a MRI of the pelvic area and no one can tell me why I am still bleeding. Everything looks fine vaginally. Needless to say I am very frustrated. All they can tell me is that maybe the cervix needs to be removed. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Have you gotten any answers or a solution to the problem?
