One week post op

Hiya Heart4! You're so brave gurl! Wonderin why they didn't give you instructions but nevertheless, the best advice I can give you is to relax and yeah walk around the house. I am on house arrest too lol and when I try to leave the house to go to the bank or store ( a small one lol ), i get tired and i hurt. Like my body is telling me that i overdid it again. Take it easy and wear the socks when you're in bed so ur legs won't swell or get clots. Dunno about the sponge baths but maybe make sponging fun by using nice smelling liquid soap like Ivory or sumthin and if you can't wait call your doctor. Hugs and Kisses to you!
