Anxiety anyone??????

Hey all,
Just browsing some of the recent posts to see if anyone else has felt similiar.
On Wednesday I get the Ok to go back to work and I have to say I'm feeling a bit nervous. I'm not sure if I'm ready to go back just yet. Although every day gets better and better I find myself needing to rest throughout the day (especially if I take on any projects, like cleaning or walking). I don't have the luxury of resting at work but I also don't have the luxury of going back and not being able to do my job.
I've considered trying to ease back into a part time schedule. But even then I have concerns. Has anyone else felt the same sort of anxiety about getting back into a normal routine?
Funny thing is I have anxiety about being too far from home right now. I'm going to chat with the doctor about this on Wednesday but any thoughts would be appreciate. Sometimes I just need to know I'm not alone with my feelings and that with time they too will pass.
I'm so grateful to all of you. I'm getting better everyday because of the support I receive here! ( and I don't feel completely crazy!)

You are surely not alone in your feelings about all this. I know we are all different, but I was one who really felt the need to be close to home. I'm having to make myself give this up even now.
As for going back to work, I think that 5 weeks is really early for returning to work if your job is at all physically demanding. Even if it isn't you will be tired.
If you're having doubts and have any choice I would encourage you to put it off. You'll find with each week you will feel stronger and hurt less. It can be a big advantage to give yourself that added time.
Hope it all works out well for you and you will feel comfortable with your decision.
