14 months Post Op - estrogen breast tenderness ?

Anyone post hyst in 40's notice more breast tenderness ? Is it peri menopausal ? Or from Imitrex from when I take it for migraines ? But it's been a few days since I took it. Mmmmm the joys of the 40's and being a woman. It also seems as if at cycles start and ovulation I get the migraines. Anyone go through this ?

Sounds like your ovaries are working quite well.
Breast tenderness is definitely estrogen related.
Some women find evening primrose oil helps that symptom. Ask your doctor about that and be sure that nothing else is going on.
And make sure to keep up breast exams also.
Take great care

Yep I have kept up all of that. Yes my one ovary is working like a champ, right on every 26 days, hasn't missed yet. I also watch my sodium as well.
