Can't sleep

Help! I haven't been to sleep before 2 am since getting off pain meds. I decided to take 2 percocet, not for pain but to sleep, and they did nothing for me. Is it the Vivelledot or just me? Any ideas or suggestions would be wonderful.

If you want to stay with natural products you may want to give magnesium citrate a go. It relaxes your muscles and makes you a bit sleepy. You might also try melatonin. It can help you sleep too. If you keep having problems sleeping you may want to talk with your Dr for prescription meds to help. If you don't get enough sleep it may hinder your healing. Hugs....:-)
