dVH/RALH 3 months post op, worrying about hormones

so, i'm 3 months post op. I have one ovary left everything else taken. The last 4 days I've been super emotional, depressed, super annoyed with everything, massively anxiety and whatnot. I havent felt like this my entire recovery. And I am massively scared its hormones. I don't know why this scares me more than just being depressed but it scares the hell out of me to think its a hormone issue. has anyone else had this issue following surgery?

It could be hormonal. The things you describe are possible symptoms of hormone imbalance.

I'm sorry that you are scared about that.

I don't know if your GP/ PCP or your gyn are the ones that you want working with you on hormone issues. You definitely want to talk to them and determine if you want a different doctor such as an endocrinologist working with you.

The Drs can do blood tests but even it they come back in the normal range that doesn't really mean anything since the normal range is wide and we're all different so the hormone experience is different for each of us. Most Drs treat the symptoms and use the blood work as a check on what is happening.
