5 weeks post hysterectomy: lower abdominal pain

hi there i am 5 weeks post op after having a full hysterectomy i felt fine after 3 weeks so returned to work. but this week especially the last couple of days i have felt twinges in lower abdomen walking upstairs is quite painful and bending down is a little bit painful too,,not enough for make me cry but never the less painful.., Its mainly on the right hand side i dont think ive over done anything i dont understand why all of a sudden i am feeling this pain. I may add the reason i had the hysterectomy was due to ovarian cancer i am clear now as they took everything out. can anyone advise?? thanks

I had endo cancer, I really can't help, but I do suggest you post in the cancer forum,we have ladies there that have had ovarian cancer.
