just my luck---POISON IVY!

Hello-
Silly Me! I was outside over the weekend, doing all those things that I won't be able to for a few weeks & got the dreaded POISON IVY
It is everywhere-itch-itch-itch! Head, neck, arms, leg & even upper thighs (of all places!) Please God-Don't let it creep any higher!
So, I got a steroid shot this morning...now the question...am I just nervous & jumpy due to my castle date in 2 weeks or could the shot be causing heat palpations? I think is was a cortisone injection.
So-I've decided that the rest of the yard work can just wait or not get done, the flowers don't need to be weeded anymore...no such luck! (I'm in Indiana & we received 10+" of rain last week)

My sympathies to getting poison ivy. It is awful. I don't know anything about the drugs, I just wanted to pass along my thoughts.
