4 months post hysterectomy bleeding

I am four months post Op and have no issues other than pain around incision site. This morning however I had a noticed a small amount of bright red blood and am still spotting now. I had all but my ovaries removed so unsure as to why this would happen? I would like to hear if anyone has the same problem and how you have dealt with this issue.

Any bleeding this far post op should be checked by your doctor. It may be that you have granulation tissue at the vaginal cuff. This is easily treated with silver nitrate (usually in the doctor's office with no special appointment).
