17 weeks post total abdom. hyst

Help,
Has anyone had the following happen?
I'm 17 weeks out and still having some pain? Pain when doing activities like, mopping, vacumning, sleeping on my stomach?

Although the initial recovery period is anywhere from 4 - 8 weeks depending on all of sorts of things to include the type of hysterectomy you have, it pretty much takes a full year to fully recover.

Have you talked to your doctor about the pain you are having? I think I would put a call in and see what the doctor says. It may be a normal part of healing for you and by calling your doctor, you will know and have piece of mind.
