I had no idea why I hurt so bad pre-op!!!

I went to the Dr today 8 days post op. I have been having a fever for several days and diarrhea--he put me on antibiotics so I think I will be fine (no infection from surgery or incisions--all was good). The surprising thing is the labs had come back from my surgery--he said I had a very severe case of Endo (no real surprise there) I had a very severe case of Adeno (Real Surprise--I didn't even know what that was--no wonder my back and legs hurt so bad all month long) and I had multiple fibroids (surprise I thought we were watching only one!!) He said I had severe cases of all three--no wonder I feel like a different person without all of the pain. I just wanted you girls to know I am soooo happy and I know it will only get better and better from here!!

Thank goodness you had the surgery when you did. I'm sorry you were in so much pain, its amazing what our bodies put us through. I'm glad you are so optimistic, that will definitely help with your recovery. I wish you a speedy recovery and pain-free days ahead.. God bless.

I didn't have the endo, but the adeno and fibroids were troublesome for me. I feel sooo much better now that I've had the surgery. I'm sure in the coming months you'll feel so much better and be quite thankful you've had the surgery.
