Problems 5 years later - spotting and pain on both sides of abdomen

Have started spotting. Am having pain on both sides of abdomen just like when I had ovarian cysts. What could be the problem?

Your profile shows you had an LAVH, which means you have no cervix, and with no ovaries, either, you should not be having spotting for any reason. Have you made an appointment with your GYN? That should be next. There could be something like granulation tissue, but that wouldn't explain the pain. Let us know how the consult goes, I hope you get answers soon.
