chills, hot flashes, aching body, HORRIBLE back pain....

I having suffering from the above listed ailments for the last week or so, the back pain just getting more intense & nothing makes it go away! (I am 3 1/2 weeks post op) So I called my Dr. & she wants me to go see her & radiology tomorrow for the possability of a hematoma. What is that? And if anyone out there has suffered from one, which I know you have, can you tell me your symptoms & what it is.

Hi! All the symptoms you mentioned sound like symptoms of menopause to me - symptoms of too little estrogen or of major hormone fluctuations. I read in another of your posts that you are having trouble trying to find the right HRT, and have just recently made a change. It could be that everything you're feeling now is because of that, and that you need to give it some time.

Let us know what the DR says after your appointment tomorrow, OK? I hope you're feeling better soon.

Hello, It's so funny to hear your symptons because I have been experiencing the same thing for the past week. I am 2 weeks post op and I've noticed when I'm on my feel alot, my back begins to ache & then I have hot/cold flashes. It's not in your head, hope all works out well.
