Need advice having a hard time making a decision

Hi ladies my name is Barbara and I'm 41 years old. 2 years ago I had my first irregular period where I bled for a month straight. I went to the doctor and found out my prolactin level was high. They wanted me to get an MRI of my brain to check my pituitary gland but when the endocrinologist saw my prolactin level he decided my level wasn't high enough to need the MRI. The next 7 months my periods were normal and then it happened again. I had a month long period went to doc and prolactin level was up again. Now 8 months later June 19th I started my period I bled for 33 days stopped for 5 then started again for 7. I went for a testing again but this time my sonogram showed possible andomyosis. I went for a pelvic MRI and the MRI confirmed it. My doc gave me 3 choices for a treatment plan birth control, ablation, or hysterectomy. She said normally she doesn't do ablation for this but the MRI showed the andomyosis is very localized so she thinks the ablation could work. I also have a history of precancerous cells on my cervix. 3 years ago I had a cone leep biopsy done to remove the cells but unfortunately my last pap showed the abnormal cells are back. I am torn about what I should do. I know mentally and physically I can't handle another thirty day period. I would love to hear all of your stories and really just need some advice. Tia
