TVH: count down t- 12 hours

Ugh who knew bowel prep could be so horrible!?!?!? I have to be at the castle at 630 am. I'm feeling pretty numb emotionally anyway. I'm finally at peace with this decision. Now if only the rest of my body would agree. Lol. Finally ready to get rid of cancer worries and unpredictable aunt flo! The wait about scared me into insanity. All you wonderful ladies here helped me thru some bad days. Ill be back many times to help others the way you have helped me.....I hope.;-)

I was so terrified before my surgery. I was afraid I wouldn't make it through surgery. It's completely normal to feel that way.
I know it's not easy, but try to think positively. Tell whoever will be with you at the hospital to pick up your favorite magazine or two so that you can read/look at it during recovery. Give yourself something little to look forward to. It really can help.
