Dizziness 9 days post hysterectomy

9 days after and today my head ached and I got a bit dizzy. I was feeling better. Drove to store and walked a bit. Now my sternum hurts a bit. Did I overdo it? Sat alot the past couple of days too. I've been doing well so not feeling great now has me worried.

I'm six weeks postop today. I was dizzy as well and finally figured out why. During surgery they lower your head on the surgery table to get your organs off your uterus... I get mild vertigo if my head is upside down for too long. It is finally gone, just takes time. If you're still on pain meds that could contribute as well. I had severe dizziness two weeks post op. It really scared me. Went to the Dr and realized I had post surgery anemia. I am taking iron pills with orange juice and liquid chlorophyll and feeling amazingly better. Maybe check it out with the Dr if it continues.
