Date moved UP! Yipee!

I am soo soo glad, I asked if I could be moved up from my April 10 date for a LAVH due to severe pain that I'm experiencing now. And they did it! My new date is April 1, so I'm only a little over 2 weeks away from taking the big step and getting a healthy body back.
I was also worried about my insurance, I wanted to be sure (after reading a couple posts that worried me) that my insurance did approve everything, and YES they did.
I want to my gyn office staff, they are terrific, I have to say I feel blessed in that they are working with me and haven't given me a hard time since the word GO.
I feel great that things are moving along.

Congratulations Pam! You'll probably be busy like I was preparing for the down time. I know you will be pleased to soon be pain-free! I came home yesterday and I can't believe it's over. I've had really no pain, and my tummy is a little sore, but nothing like before the surgery. I consider myself the the new poster child for LAVH! It was certainly miraculous in how it seemed like I maybe I had a colonoscopy or something...not major surgery. You're going to do great and in a couple of weeks...the nightmare will be over! Good luck!

Congratulations Pam , that's great. Having such a good positive attitude should really help you too. It's nice when you feel so comfortable with your dr and staff.
