4 wks post TVH Horrible Back Pain

I have been doing so well but now I am in horrible pain in my whole back (from neck all the way to tail bone). So, yesterday I went for a massage because my back is so knotted up but now the pain is 10x worse. I usually get a swedish massage but they talked me into a deep muscle massage. I am wondering if I should have called my dr. to make sure it was alright. Does anyone know if it is a no no? I didn't even think about it until I woke up this morning hurting. When I walk it actually hurt to breathe. On top of this I have a 6 hour flight tommorrow. I am sitting around the house with about 10 of those patches for backaches. LOL

soo sorry U r in such pain....those deep muscle massages are indeed
felt the next day, maybe next time a soft tissue massage would be
