Swelly belly continued

I have now passed 13 weeks and am feeling almost terrific but I would like to know when the swelling in my belly will be gone!

I know exactly what you mean!! Although I'm only 8 weeks post op I was thinking this morning "just when will this quit???" Some days I feel as though I must be careful with sharp objects to avoid popping my big ole swelly belly! I imagine myself flying across the room like a burst balloon

I can relate to that. The worst is when I lean up against something, its lots of pins and needles. For me though, other than the fatigue, this is the worst of the surgery.
I hope you are doing well other than the belly.

I wouldn't wish it on anyone, but I thought I was the only one with this until I saw your posting. All advice would be accepted at this point, I still can't put any pressure,. especially my pants that zip up.

Hello all! I am 10 weeks out and still have the shelf. Hard to pull up pants without making sure I lift it over the shelf. Also, my belly swells looking slightly pregnant at times. Hope we all get our answers. I know we all heal at different levels. Good Luck to us all.
