Weekend loose bms!!!

I have a problem with salad, sometimes it is a good thing to get me going, sometimes it just tears my stomach up. Sorry for TMI. I do have IBS, and if I am eating well and not under a undue amount of stress I can go months without an attack.

Tomatoes could be it. Stress, or maybe a combo of things. I will tell you what helps me. Eating three meals a day, at relatively the same time each day. I avoid fast food and too much of any one kind of food. That is it. As soon as I skip meals or eat a lot of rich foods on a empty stomach I am a mess.

I know what you mean about the dr. thing. I have an earache that isn't going away and I am avoiding the dr. for the same reason. It isn't a good choice and you and I both probably have to suck it up and just go get it over with!

No I havent had a colonscopy. I work in the dept where they are done and im terrified. When I had my tah the consultant at first thought my fibroid was more sinister as it had gone into cystic degeneration (which is why it didnt show as a fibroid on the scan). She said that she had a good look at my liver and bowel and was happy that she had got everything and it was a case of waiting for the path results. Which came back as a fibroid. Im hoping that if it was the nasty c, ishe would have seen it then. Since my surgery I have been worrying about everything. So glad of this site and all the support you get on here. A bit thank you to everyone.
