Beyond emotional

As time goes by we may collect a few more sisters that share our past illness and can all support each other. Talking and support are definitely the key. I'd sooner die than ever let mental illness take hold of my life full force again. I'm always here if you girls need to talk/cry.

I'm going through the same thing- I will be ok one day and almost suicidal the next. Not fun.

Quick update. So far today seems like a better day emotionally. Haven't cried today wooohooo! always remember, if there is a relapse of depression... we got through it once, we can do it again if needed.

Keep positive ladies! Always remember to discuss with your doctor in case it is just hormones. I hear even if we keep our ovaries we may still have issues until they wake up, or in some cases have heard they don't wake up. Definitely talk to Dr, we shouldn't assume it is just our old symptoms of depression returning.
