Judging where you are at in your recovery, it's obvious that you have done too much...... Not sure if you got a list of restrictions when you were discharged but I did. Couldn't lift anything more than a milk jug for several weeks, no driving for 6 weeks, no vacuuming and the list went on. Our bodies have been through major trauma and it's going to take time to heal properly.

I did get a list of restrictions, no lifting over 10 pounds for 6 weeks, and no driving for 2. No sweeping or mopping for 6 weeks.... . I'm going stir crazy!!!

Thanks so much that day also was first I could pee normal from the catch at hospital peeing feels fine just wonder how long to let it go its no worse and I've done less than nothing but the staples appointment
