vaginal pressure and pain 10 weeks post DaVinci TLH

I am 10 weeks post op from a Da Vinci TLH and I am experiencing a lot of vaginal pressure and pain. I had this early on but it resolved. I had granulation tissue removed 2 weeks ago, and the area was treated with silver nitrate. All was well until last Thursday when the sensation returned, so much so that I went to the ER...they could not explain this, and I was told the cuff looked ok. I contacted my gyn oncologist who did surgery...he was not concerned. Did not even want to see me. I still have it. Anyone else have this issue? I will be making another appointment with my regular gynecologist!

I'm 11 weeks post op. I had AIS and removed all but my ovaries.
Less than 2 weeks post op I developed an abscess and was in hospital for a bother week. A drain was placed in my butt cheek! It's been a rough road bit I was happy to go back to work last friday.....I'm in pain! I have a crampy dull deep pelvic pressure with occasional sharp pain and it scares me cuz that's how I felt when my abscess started......I'm hoping that going back to work is the cause of the pain..... why did you have to have the granulated tissue removed?
