It *does* seem to depend a bit on body type. I'm kind of scrawny. Our fluffier sisters often seem to appreciate a binder more.
This struck me as so funny...I loved my binder and at the time of my surgery, the only thing Fluffy was my hair.

Clothing help!

Hello, out surgeries are close to each other. My surgery is February 26.

I have been reading most of the hints from members and many who had a VH said they did like the bellyband. It is kind of hard to know whether it will help your body or if it feels comfortable for you.

I'm having a total Laproscopic H and I would rather have it and not need it than to need it and not have it but that's my personal opinion.

For the pillows, many HysterSisters recommend body pillows to help sleep and many also recommend a tummy pillow to help with seatbelt or to hold it when you cough or laugh & some even use it to help them to get out of bed.

I hope this information has been helpful. Wishing you all the best & a speedy recovery 😊
