Almost 8 months and have a pain ?

Hi Sisters! I have a ? that I hope someone can answer. I will be 8 months on the 10th of this month, I had a Tah, left ovaries. I have been doing great but this last month I have started to notice the same lower ab pain like when I was mid cycle. It is a cramping feeling all over my lower stomach. I had a lot of adhesions from 3 c-sections so I'm wondering if this could be more adhesions from my Tah? Any ideas? Thanks!

Almost 8 months and have a pain ?

I'm so sorry to hear you're having pain. I don't have any experience with adhesions so I don't have a magic answer for you, but adhesions forming after your TAH is a possibility. I would certainly make an appointment with the doctor. You don't have to hurt. I hope you find answers and feel better soon!

Almost 8 months and have a pain ?

Since you kept your ovaries, is it possible you're having ovulation pain? I know I still experience the pain I always had when I ovulated.

Just a thought. If you're concerned, though -- I agree calling the doctor is a good idea. New pain should be investigated!

Almost 8 months and have a pain ?

well, let me shed some light on your situation-- I too am 6 mos post op-tah, but kept both ovaries--well, i was experiencing an enormous amount of pain on my lower rt side of the abdomen, so I went to the ER when the pain became too tough to handle. I have a "growth" on my rt ovary which is about the size of a lemon--6 mos post op and this 'growth" has gotten that big?? I'm sure it is a cyst but what really, really frustrates me is that I was just now getting my life back together-- so to speak, and now, well, i am having to plan for another surgery to remove both ovaries and start my HRT-- i am 33 yrs old and am SOOOOOOOOO not ready to do this---i would just say to go to your doc and have them do a pelvic udg or a cat scan so that you can know for sure what your pain actuallt is!! i really thought it was my appendix at first---good luck!!

Almost 8 months and have a pain ?

Hello,
I am about six months out and also had a tah and kept ovaries. I too have noticed in the last few weeks i am having achyness in my pelvic region too! Worries me not that i am finally feeling somewhat normal again. I had endo before so i am really hoping that isnt the problem. Let me know if you find out any answers.
