Spotting 1 year post hysterectomy ...

This is kind of a strange situation. I've experienced some mild vaginal spotting in the past couple weeks when I wipe. I had a TVH in August 2015, and I have no ovaries. I thought I had a bladder infection or something, but the urinalysis came back negative. After some pondering, i have two guesses: 1) I have scar tissue granulation that is somehow irritated by bowel movements or 2) the vaginal muscles used during an orgasm (via clitoral stimulation only) is causing the issue.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

My hysterectomy was for endometrial cancer. When I experienced light bleeding/spotting nine months after surgery, this turned to herald a recurrence of the cancer.

I don't mean to scare you, but I'd suggest giving your doc a call to have this checked out. There are several comparatively harmless reasons you might be experiencing this - but you don't know until it's been checked out.
