TAH when does the ledge go?

mine is just about gone at 12 weeks-i have been working out since 4 weeks. when i do heavy yard work it does get puffy, but now the puff is below the incision-sort of at the pubic bone. after a good nite's sleep, it does subside. maybe a lower cut underpant that sits below the ledge to begin with would be more comfortable?
