soooooo glad i cancelled!

after cancelling surgery oct7th on the operating table becasue i didnt feel comfortable going under while i couldnt breathe thru my nose ...since then went to my regular doctor yesterday ...i have bronccittis ...im so glad i didnt have the surgery god knows what would of happened...just waiting now for another date ...on oct7th i just had a bad feeling after they put the oxygen mask on me i felt suffocated ...so after 4 times of me pushing it off i just jumped up and canceled it....before that the doctor put something to relax me in my I.V. and my heart just started racing ...i guess i was nervous alone from that then i couldnt breathe ...just always listen to your inner voice i listened to it and thank god i did at first i was ignoring it ...thank god a billion trillion times...

I am happy for you. You will have enough to deal with after the hyst without sneezing and coughing to make matters worse. I cancelled my surgery the night before because of anxiety about the surgeon who I didn't really care for and I don't regret it either. My Dr is working on getting another surgeon for me and I'm sure I will be more relaxed and prepared this time. Get better soon!
