TAH 16 days post-hysterectomy, no emotions, ovaries working or not?

Had a TAH 16 days ago and I am wondering if my ovaries are working or not. Most women on here post symptoms if their ovaries are sleeping. I am not having hot flashes or night sweats. The only things that I have noticed is that my skin is a bit drier, some insomnia, and my breasts are not swollen and lumpy as they usually are at some point. I actually feel nothing. I have no sensations for anything. I used to be estrogen dominant so I was always a bit emotional and crazy, but now it feels like I am just a husk of no feelings. I guess my hormones are out of whack, but I am not sure how. I have my first post-op appt in two days. Do doctors usually do a blood test after a hyster to see what is going on? Have some of you had symptoms of your ovaries sleeping show up weeks after your hyster?

I did have night sweats after my hysterectomy and insomnia. At about 4 weeks, I experienced awful breast tenderness. Everyone's bodies reacts differently.
