3 and 1/2 months after hysterectomy and having appetite issues

On February 25th I had a hysterectomy I did not keep my ovaries as the endometriosis that I've been suffering had destroyed them. I felt really good for 2 months after my surgery, but about a few weeks ago I've noticed appetite issues. I feel hungry so I eat, but as soon as I eat I feel full so I stop. Then a few seconds later I feel hungry again. I try to eat small meals and eat healthy, but I am not sure if this is due to the hormonal issues after having a hysterectomy and wanted to see if others had similar issues.
