bowel prep

I am going in on the 2nd April and as Dr isn't sure how the surgery will end up (start LAVH but may be TAH) so I have to do a bowel prep too. He said it is so he can have good access and minimise the risk of accidently nicking something. Apparently it is better if everything is completely empty. I bought the stuff yesterday and now I read the instructions it says it can cause nausea so I may get another one in case I throw it up! I am so not looking forward to Sunday - which I am renaming Starvation day, clear fluids and nothing after midnight. But I am positive and looking forward to feeling like a whole new person afterwards.

I am almost done the bowel prep, very bloated and nauseous. It is also working like it is supposed to, don't stray far from the bathroom. Does anyone know if this goes on all night, or will I get to rest a while eventually?
