Need questions for doctor

My appt. is tomorrow, I'm into my second injection of Lupron. I would like many questions answered at this visit. Hopeing my surgery will be after the 3rd shot. I know I have many large fibroids (Lupron to shrink before surgery). But I'm so tired from working all the time my mind is just blank. Can anyone help me with some questions that you know I will want answered from my doctor at this visit? Lupron has put me into menopause and the hot flashes are something. (this is coming from a cold-blooded person-hypothyroid). I haven't talked to him much about the surgery other then knowing it will be done thru the abdomen.
