Hard knot thing an the end of my incision???

So I am having pain on the right end of my incision. NO where else. I felt the end of it and internally there is a huge knot ball thing. It is very very hard and big just under the skin surronding the incision. Does anyone have this..and is it normal?

Hi I have the same thing at both ends of my incision. I was at the dr. for my 4 week post op checkup yesterday, she said that they were scar tissue adhesions under the skin and that eventually they would go away. I think I noticed mine about 2 weeks ago when I kept feeling sharp pulling pains whenever I moved. I think even in the past 2 weeks they've gotten smaller. I've also heard that gentle massage helps but I really haven't done that....Good luck hope you're feeling better very soon!

Thank you! I was thinking that's probably what it is..but I wasnt sure. I actually do have it on the left side too..just alot smaller then the right. THanks for the info!

I have that on the left side. My doctor said it was the knot they make from the stitches trying to push through the skin.
