Natural Estrogen Cream

Does anyone know of a natural estrogen cream? I see a lot of natural progesterone creams but not natural estrogen creams. I am on Premarin cream and would like a natural alternative.

well if you had endo stay away from estrogen it will make your endo come back, if not then i think there may be a cream but there are alot of foods that can help menopause symptoms if you do a natural estrogen search online good luck to you

I wondered why I was perscribed estrogen cream when I had endo and adeno. Where did your endo come back? I saw that yours came back even after a hysterectomy. I am sorry for you. Are you having further surgery?

Do we need to stay away from soy milk w/ the physoestrogens and all?

I need to call my doctor and see if there is anything else that will help my bottom heal. I had an allergic reaction to the stitches on my perineum. It's not healing well at all.
