granulation symptoms

I went to see my surgeon yesterday becasue at 10 weeks I got back to work and thought I hurt myself becasue of the pains I was having. But...he said I have granulation and did a silver nitrate treatment and said i will need one more in a week. He is going to do a colposcopy too. He is also sending me to a uroligist so I think I am in good hands now.

I'm just wondering if granulation can cause pain, cramping and lots of pressure down there. Sometimes it feels as if I am bearing down but I am not.

I had pain from my granulation but it was during intercourse. The type of granulation I had was a small band of flesh that sort of bridged from one side of the vaginal cuff incision to the other, it didn't "give" very much. The Dr. snipped it and allowed it to resolve on it's own.

I didn't have cramping and pressure from it that I remember.
