Painful orgasm at 6 wks

I just had my first big O's since my TAH (hubby was not involved; this was my own doing). There is a spot of pain deep in my vagina on the left side that feels much worse during orgasm (even with no penetration). I remember it hurt when I got examined by my gyn before and after surgery also, but I think it's getting worse. Also, my generalized abdominal pain increased afterward. I love sex, and I can't wait to get back into it, but if I'm going to get this stabbing pain right as I climax, it makes me a bit trepidatious.

Ai, yi-yi. You'll be wanting to discuss this with your doc, the sooner, the better.... I had bleeding with intercourse the other night and it freaked me since I kept my cervix and that shouldn't occur. But we need to be patient. We both probably just need a couple more weeks so let's stay positive. What, like we're going to give it up? No, mam, I don't think so. I wish you a very speedy recovery and peace of mind.

It isn't necessarily surprising that you had some pain the first time. - even without penetration. However, what concerns me is that you had this pain before surgery too. Please have a chat with your dr as soon as you can. there could be many reasons for the pain, -- the fact that it is worse right now could simply be related to the fact thatyo may need more healing time, so while you should be concerned, try not to stress out til you have more answers and a bit more time passes.

I am 3+ months now and sex hurt for a while but it did get a little better each time. I have no more pain during sex and my Os don't feel any different now (they did at the beginning) don't give up hope!
