Dreams about Pregnancy???

O.K.
The first night I thought it was just a fluke, but for 2 nights in a row now I have had bizarre dreams about being pregnant. Is this my uterus doing this??
The first night I dreamed I was 4 months pregnant, and the baby stopped moving...horrible,because I have endured a stillbirth.Last night I dreamed that I was bit by a rabid cat,and the bite caused me to lose the pregnancy. This is so weird..really is bothering me.I thought maybe it was the way my body is dealing with a hysterectomy..I have no second thought about this surgery. My tubes have been tied,so I cant have any more children anyway...so why am i having this strange dreams?? Anyone else have this happen ??

Dreams about Pregnancy???

Hi, I'm Cathy
I'm still trying to schedule a vaginal hyter.(sorry, still learning all the initials)
I had a bizarre dream last night too. I dreamt that someone had robbed me of my "person possessions" in the home.
Ya think its a Freudian response to loosing my uterus also??? LOL
I had my tubes tied also, and have been done with kids.
Hang in there, well get thru this. )

dreams

I too have had these dreams....wierd! I could be that the information that is being given to us by the doctor is splattered with..."No More Babies!" I had to watch a film, with an actor for a doctor, and it actually made you reach out and touch the screen to select that you knew you weren't going to have children after the surgery. I think that this is a little harsh, don't you. I guess they are making sure that someone doesn't sue them. I only have one child and I would've loved to have more. My husband had cancer a when our daughter was only 2. This ruled out anymore children for us. Thank God he is doing fine now and is able to enjoy her.
I hope that you stop having these dreams. They really make you feel wierd.
Good luck

Dreams about Pregnancy???

I have been calling everyday to schedule the date and the woman who schedules is either on the phone or out of the office!
I'm going CRAZY just trying to get the thing scheduled. Can't wait to see how I do waiting for the actual date. :S LOL
I'll let everyone know as soon as I know.
I'm VERY uncomfortable, so I'm really ready.

Pregnant Dreams??!!

Once the word came down that a hysterectomy was being considered, I had a most vivid dream of giving birth to a beautiful blonde son. (My uterus have never been occupied.)

What was striking in the dream for me was the doc had just said "It'll hours before your baby is here" and I felt the urge to push and did and there was something plopped on the bed beneath my posterior. (I did it all on my own!)

And the baby was still in an amniotic sack which I had to pull away. (Too much Discovery Channel and Emergency Vets!!!)

I think this is a gift to myself from my unconscious - it felt nice, warm and joyful.

Okay, you are all normal.

I layed eggs and hatched chickens! Honest to goodness, I had a dream that I was with child and ended up laying 3 eggs. Each chicken that hatched had the face of a baby but the body of a chicken.
I have three children and I chickened out on my first attempt at my surgery. So..... What an imagination we all have!
Rest assured my dear, If I can have chickens... anything else has to be normal.
