1 year after hysterectomy I still wake up with cramping?

It's been almost a year since I had my hysterectomy. To this day I am still waking up with uncomfortable pressure. After I walk around iThe cramping starts to go away. The dr. Says everything is fine. Does anyone else have this issue?

I can only guess, so this is not a medical diagnosis. Could it be when you sit for too long or while you sleep things settle in an area that causes the pain? I would wonder if maybe your bowel is the issue? If it is causing you to worry - which can cause pain in itself in vulnerable areas, then ask if he will at least do a CT scan to reassure you.

I have had low back pain - gets worse when I sit. I get up, stretch and walk around and it is better. Now after surgery I will get pain in the right pelvic area when I sit. When I get up and walk around it gets better. Why -not sure. Guess it is just not happy in there.

I had a TLH a year ago and still feel dull achey back/pelvic pain each morning. Ouch! What's up with that??
