Tired and Frustrated
Hi Wendy
I'm another 13 weeker who still has bouts of fatigue. My sleep hasn't been good quality which I think is my main issue. We all heal at different rates and in different ways, but at least I'm now having many more good days than not so great ones!
Patience pays off as you may have seen from posts from sisters who've done too much too soon. Listen to your body - it knows best!
Cheers
Wendy

Thanks so much for your replies. I guess Im just too anxious. Maybe it's because of the holidays. I feel there's so much to do, but I don't think it's gonna be the same hub bub as usual. We can have a nice Christmas by keeping it all simple. I have 2 teenage boys myself (15 & 18). At first they thought they were helping me by leaving me alone, and letting dh husband tend to me. Now they realize thye can be a big help. They'll do anything I ask, but I do have to ask.

Tired and Frustrated
We all need to give ourselves applause for even thinking of housework. It takes up to a year for the body to recover from even the smallest shock. Plan one task a day and add one more when that doesn't tire you out. We have an excuse to let the housework pile up. Rememeber the "good old days" when woman layed in bed for 2 months after the birth of a child. Wish those days were back. Sometimes we forget that we are human and not superheros.
Merry Christmas to all my fellow recoverers.
