lower Left side pain & abdominal swelling 4 weeks post hysterectomy

Hey ladies! I am 4 weeks post OP from a complete hysterectomy & rectocele repair. I have my left ovary, but right ovary, both fallopian tubes, uterus, & cervix is gone. I am having awful lower left side pain. It's very achy & at times a sharp pain will hit me. Also, I still have a lot of swelling in my belly. Just wondering if this was normal or if anyone had any advice. Thanks sisters! :-)
