Did you keep your cervix? Is so, it's probably mini-periods, if not please call your doctor right away.

Help. 6 month post and still bleeding
I recently called the doctor because I'm 13 weeks out and still bleed after sex. I was told that unfortunately this can go on for up to a year. The nurse said that if the amount is less than a shot-glass worth not to worry. My cervix was removed and there was no granulation at my 6 week post op appointment. I'd call the doctor's office and see what they have to say. From what I've read here, doctor's have quite different opinions as far as post op bleeding so see what yours has to say. Best of luck to you!

Please call your doctor. We're all so different and our doc's know us best. There could be a couple of explanations for this and they should know exactly what it is, and might want to examine you. It (exam) is a small price to pay for finding out what's wrong. You shouldn't have to suffer from this.

I agree, this is definitely something you should contact your dr about. There is a reason and you need to find out what it is. It is very probably granulation. I have seen women suddenly start having bleeding due to granulation months out from their surgery. It can be treated in the office. Please go find out for sure. I would never just live with that. Let us know what you find out.
