Lower Back Pain

I am post op 3 weeks (vaginal laproscopic), and I seem to get lower back pain and some lower abdominal pain early to mid afternoon. I am back at work, and wondering if this is something normal.

calypsotx , what type of work do you do? maybe that has something to do with it? you are still early in your recovery. i understand having to go back to work before your ready though. hope your still able to take it easy when you get home. most of all i wanted to this to see if any other sisters have advice for you. take care.

I am an estimator, and spend some time on my feet, but the rest I am sitting in front of a computer.
