dVH/RALH: Yikes! Caught Cold and surgery on Monday

I had the same problem the week before and started on antibiotics and crazy sinus rinses. I also bumped up n the multi vitamins. I quit everything the day before and felt pretty good going in other than the sinus headache. They gave me daluadid for that : ) Good luck, but if you are still sick, reschedule. You don't want to have any complications with healing.

So here we are 2 days away. My DH thinks I should wait until tomorrow to call the answering service and leave a message for Dr. He seems to think I will be miraculously recovered Monday Morning. I feel fine but am coughing and sneezing with a little runny etc I DO NOT want to reschedule however do not want to inconvenience everyone involved because I waited to the last hour and then they can't do surgery. Do not want to risk my health either. Ugh It does seem to be a fairly mild cold. What to do. Also, seem to be getting some lower front quaudrant pain when peeing. Poohy, probably a kidney stone. Really? Really? This is so frustrating. Thanks for your support ladies.

So how are you feeling now? I hope you are feeling much better. I feel fine but started some coughing yesterday and this morning I'm coughing more. I think it's from post nasal drip. Shoot what to do. My DH seems to think I'll be miraculously better by Monday morning. I also have to endure the day of cleaning out my bowels and I am worried that will rough on the body because of loss of fluids. Best of luck to you. keep me posted.
