weird sensation and pains at front vagina and bladder three months post hysterectomy

Three months post laprascopic total hysterectomy and am having weird pain like I have to hold front vagina and lower tummy and like a burning feeling. Is odd . Feels like something to do with bladder but don't know. Not had before and don't know what it is.

Have you been tested for a UTI? Please give your doctor a call.

It is a uti so on antibiotics. Doc wrote letter to work as they v uncaring since I got back and possibly internal infection but seeing how am after antibiotics and results bloods next week
