2 wks post op & pain in pelvis area

Hi Everyone,

On Sept 20th I had a full hysterectomy. My doctor is the chief of surgery and he said he said in his 35 years he has never seen a case like mine. Everything was completely cemented together from the endometriosis. Amazingly he was able to do the surgery through Laporoscopy.

My healing process is going well except the last 2 days I am cramping and the pain goes into my lower back. I am not sure if this is normal. Could it be the scar tissue internally? Or the muscles. Has anyone had that after a hysterectomy ?
