To Pre-Op Ladies Fom A Post-Oper

Hello Ladies, I just wanted to give you all somthing to look forward to. First let me tell you I am 4 weeks post-op, I suffered from severe pelvic congestion,severe bleeding,Cyst and an enlarged uterus, not to mention the hormone roller coaster and the Intersticial Cystitis. I know some of you are scared and worried to say the least, I also felt the same way. I can honestly say I could see a difference for the good 2 days after surgery,my stomach pain was gone, there is no more bleeding, and I dont feel emotional. and a big plus is I no longer feel pelvic pain during intercourse, I was begining to think all this was just a part of life or maybe I was just being a baby. My Mother-in-Law said to me before I had my hyst " If women knew how good they could feel after having a hyst, women would be lined out the doors wanting one" I thought she was nuts to say the least. I truley have not felt this good in years, I really believe I had forgotten what it felt like to feel good. I wish you all the best of luck and welcome to this wonderful place.

Thank you for sharing. My surgery is Jan 3rd. Very nervous. I'm glad I have something to look forward to. Any last minute advice?
